Remove hardcoded dict marshalling. Marshal named types. * dbus/dbus-message-builder.c: Add BYTE_ARRAY. Remove references to old types * dbus/dbus-message.[ch]: New non-refcounted iter API that supports recursive iters. Use iters for appending, including support for recursive iters.
