generation to tools/Makefile.am.
* test/glib/run-test.sh: Update to handle move
of run-with-tmp-session-bus.sh.
* test/glib/test-service-glib.c: Update to handle
move of dbus-glib-bindings.h.

from bus/, and ported to GLib bindings.
