Quick installation HOWTO:

 - Install the requirements
 - ./configure && make && make install  in the ivam directory
 - create a user and a group "ivam"
 - create a directory /var/spool/ivam2 and make "ivam:ivam" the owner of that directory
 - edit /etc/ivam2/msntab
 - create some links in /etc/rc?.d for the ivam2 init script
 - reboot or run "/etc/init.d/ivam2 start"
