Documentation has been improved; support for QList<basic-types> has been added; QDBusObject is gone; QDBus(Abstract)Interface is now a QObject with auto-generated meta-object; QDBusIntrospection is marked private, since QMetaObject can be used now; lots of bugfixes.

	* qt/dbusidl2cpp.cpp: * qt/Makefile.am: add the dbusidl2cpp tool, the replacement for dcopidl2cpp, found in the KDE installations (or the more modern kalyptus): generate Qt4 C++ code for the input XML introspection. Currently no IDL parsing.
