make sure we don't allow depth > width
* gst/audioconvert/gstaudioconvert.c: (gst_audio_convert_fixate):
fixate endianness to G_BYTE_ORDER as default
* gst/audioscale/gstaudioscale.c:
we don't handle another endianness as host-endianness
