gst/qtdemux/qtdemux.c: Fix segment-stop regression.
Original commit message from CVS: * gst/qtdemux/qtdemux.c: (gst_qtdemux_activate_segment): Fix segment-stop regression. Add documentation regarding segments in quicktime files by Wim Taymans. Fixes #544509
