Port from CC_CHECK_CFLAGS_APPEND to AX_APPEND_COMPILE_FLAGS
AX_APPEND_COMPILE_FLAGS seems to be better maintained by the autoconf
archive, and is what's used in PulseAudio. Everybody loves what's used in
PulseAudio.
